Program Note

The horn and piano were instruments I first learned to play in my teenage years and continue to captivate me to this day. This composition showcases the aspects of these instruments that I cherish the most.

When I wrote STILL DREAM, I had the idea of a still life painting, but for a dream. The piece aims to capture the vague and unsettling nature of remembered dreams and the adrenalin rush from fear that arises during nightmares.
